About ToolsForPro
Free, fast and accurate tools for people who earn a living from their skills: freelancers, digital marketers, accountants and small business owners.
Why we built ToolsForPro
Most free calculators online are either buried under pop-ups, ask for your email before showing a result, or quietly use the wrong formula. We kept running into the same problem in our own client work — quoting a freelance rate, checking a VAT invoice, working out whether an ad campaign actually made money — so we started building the tools we wished existed.
ToolsForPro is the result: a growing library of calculators and generators that open instantly, never ask you to sign up, and explain the maths behind every answer so you can trust it and explain it to a client.
What you'll find here
- Finance & accounting — VAT, profit margin, break-even, loan EMI and salary tax calculators.
- Freelancer tools — rate calculators and a free invoice generator.
- Marketing tools — UTM builder, ROAS, CPM/CPC/CTR and engagement rate calculators, and Lead Radar.
- Regional tools — calculators built around the rules in Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the UK, where many of our users work.
See the full list on the All Tools page.
How we build and check our tools
- Start from the source. Tax and labour-law tools are based on the official rules (for example FBR schedules or the UAE Labour Law), not on other calculators.
- Show the formula. Every tool page explains how the result is calculated, with a worked example.
- Keep it current. When rates or laws change — such as a new budget — we update the tool and the date on the page.
- Private by design. Calculations run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to our servers.
Free, and how we keep it that way
Every tool on ToolsForPro is free and will stay free. To cover hosting and development we may show advertising (for example through Google AdSense). Ads never change the result of a calculation, and we don't sell your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is collected.
Important note
Our tools give fast estimates for planning. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, tax adviser or lawyer. Please read our Disclaimer before relying on a result for a filing or a contract.
